These terms apply to this website. Paid work is governed by the service agreement signed before a project begins, which takes precedence over anything on this page.

How our work is produced

KRONIC STUDIO AGENCY produces video using AI generation tools alongside conventional direction, editing, colour and sound work. We say so openly — to prospective clients, and here.

The people appearing in our own portfolio pieces are synthetic. They are not real customers, they are not endorsing anything, and nothing they say describes a real person's experience.

Social platforms may require content produced this way to be labelled. Responsibility for applying those labels on a client's own channels rests with the client, and we will tell you so in writing before we start.

Our portfolio

The brands shown in our portfolio — LUMEN, ROOT, OBSIDIAN, ATELIER NORD, NOIRE, HALT — are invented by the studio for demonstration. They are not clients, and we do not claim they are.

We do not publish work using a real brand's name, product or marks without that brand's permission.

No performance guarantee

We do not promise any advertising result. We do not promise a click-through rate, a cost per acquisition, a conversion rate, a sales figure, or a return on ad spend. Anyone who promises you those things is guessing.

What we commit to is the work: the scope agreed, at the standard shown in our portfolio, within the timeline agreed.

Claims about your product

We only state claims about your product that you have supplied and approved in writing. We do not invent product benefits, results, comparisons, statistics or testimonials.

You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of any claim you ask us to include, and for the advertising rules that apply in your market.

Ownership

Ownership and usage rights of delivered work are set out in the service agreement for each project. Nothing on this page grants a licence to reuse our portfolio pieces.

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract and does not oblige either side to proceed. How we handle what you send us is described in our privacy policy.
